The small print, in plain English.

Momentfy is source-available commercial software. Buying a license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deploy and operate the code under the conditions below.

By purchasing or downloading the software you agree to these terms. They are written as plainly as we can.

Acceptance

Purchase or download of the software constitutes acceptance of this license and these terms.

Updates

Both plans include lifetime updates. Every future release is delivered to your private download link at no additional cost, with no renewal required.

Support

Email support is included on both plans. Priority response (<24h on business days) on the Done-for-you plan; standard response (<48h) on Self-install.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Because you host it, you are responsible for backups, security patches and uptime.

Update outcomes

We ship updates for the lifetime of your plan, but we do not guarantee that any given update will apply cleanly, preserve every integration, or succeed without intervention.

Pre-update backups

You are required to take a full backup of your database and uploaded files before every update, upgrade or database migration. Any data loss caused by applying an update without a verified backup is the customer's responsibility — we cannot recover it after the fact.

Customer modifications

If you have modified the source code, we cannot guarantee compatibility with future updates and cannot support the modified build. Bug reports and troubleshooting apply only to an unmodified copy of the shipped release. Restoring compatibility after a custom change is the customer's responsibility.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for your Momentfy license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, downtime or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Termination

The license terminates automatically if you materially breach it (e.g. republishing the source). On termination you must stop using the software and destroy all copies.

Because Momentfy is self-hosted, your tenants' data never touches our servers. Your users, clients, appointments and invoices live on infrastructure you control.

What we collect

Only your purchase email, billing details (via Lemon Squeezy) and GitHub handle (for repo access). No tenant data.

What we share

Nothing. Your purchase record stays between us and Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record).

Cookies

This marketing site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Your deployed product sets its own auth cookie on your own domain.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your purchase record at any time by emailing support@momentfy.com.

GDPR / Saudi PDPL

Because the data stays on your infrastructure, you are the controller. We are not a processor of your tenant data.

Momentfy is delivered as source code. Once you download it you have the product in hand — so by policy all sales are final.

Delivery

Your license key and private download link arrive immediately after payment clears. Installation instructions are included in the archive.

No refunds

Because source code cannot be returned once downloaded, all purchases are final. By checking out you explicitly waive any statutory withdrawal right on digital goods.

Undelivered or broken

If your download link does not work or the archive is materially corrupted and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, we'll refund you in full — email support@momentfy.com with your order number.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before raising a chargeback. Unprompted chargebacks terminate your license and revoke your access to future updates.

License terminates

If a refund is issued for any reason, your license ends. You must delete the source and stop running the software.

Momentfy is developed and maintained by an independent team. We do not take outside investment and we are accountable to operators, not shareholders.
