Yes. Once a client approves the estimate (digitally, from the portal) it converts to an invoice with the same line items; you can configure auto-send or hold for review.
How do retainers handle rollover?
Each retainer plan stores a credit pool and a rollover policy (none / capped / unlimited). Burn-down happens at time-entry approval; the portal shows the client their remaining credit.
Does Momentfy track non-billable time too?
Yes. Members log time as billable or non-billable against an engagement. The Reports module shows utilization and effective rate per member.
