An AI assistant built on the Vercel AI SDK for the client booking flow and branded portal. Bring any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, x.ai, Together, or a local Ollama / LM Studio model. The assistant is grounded in your services, opening hours, prices and policies so it guides bookings without inventing availability.

- Drop-in chat surface on the public booking site and inside the branded client portal. Clients ask questions in their own language and get answers grounded in your real services and policies — not the assistant's training data.
- Grounded on real availability
- The assistant reads from your live calendar, services, staff schedule and price list. It will never offer a slot you can't deliver, a service you don't sell or a price you didn't set.
- Books appointments end-to-end
- The assistant guides clients through service selection, staff preference, date and time — and creates a confirmed appointment when the client agrees. The handoff to your calendar is real, not a lead form.
- Brand voice & dialect per tenant
- A per-tenant system-prompt suffix lets you set tone (warm / professional / playful), dialect (Gulf, Egyptian, MSA, English) and brand-specific phrasing. The assistant sounds like your business, not like a generic chatbot.
- Any OpenAI-compatible provider
- Pick your provider per tenant — OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, x.ai, Together, or a local Ollama / LM Studio model. The Vercel AI SDK abstracts the wire format so swapping providers is a settings change, not a deploy.
- Bring-your-own API key
- Requests go directly from your server to the provider you chose. No mark-up, no rate-limiting through us, and your token usage and bill stay between you and the provider.
