Two-way sync between each staff member's Google Calendar and their Momentfy schedule. Appointments booked in Momentfy appear on their Google Calendar instantly; busy blocks from Google are pulled in so nobody gets double-booked.

- Per-staff OAuth
- Each team member authorises their own Google account from their staff profile — the tenant doesn't share a single connection across the team. Revoking access for one member doesn't break sync for the others.
- Outbound: Momentfy → Google
- Appointments booked, edited or cancelled in Momentfy push to the assigned staff member’s Google Calendar within seconds. The event includes the client name, service, location and a deep link back to the appointment in Momentfy.
- Inbound: Google → blocked time
- Busy blocks from the staff member’s Google Calendar are pulled in as blocked-time on the Momentfy schedule. Personal commitments, school runs and holidays automatically protect availability without anyone keying them in twice.
- Timezone-aware sync
- The sync respects the tenant timezone, the staff timezone and Google’s recurring-event quirks. DST transitions, traveling staff and cross-timezone clients are handled cleanly.
- Re-auth from staff profile
- If a staff member revokes access — or Google expires the token — a clear re-auth banner appears on their profile. Reconnect in two clicks; sync resumes automatically and missed events backfill.
- Personal & Workspace accounts
- Works equally well with free Gmail accounts and Google Workspace. Permissions, scopes and incremental authorisation are handled the same way for either account type.
