What it does
Calendar & Scheduling
The command center of any service business — every team member, every branch, every room or chair they touch, with reminders, payments and a public booking page wired in.
- Calendar that fits how you work
- Day, three-day, week, month and agenda views, switchable in one tap. The day moves with a live "now" line, and a one-tap button snaps you back to the current hour when you've scrolled away. Phones default to the agenda so the team can run from a tablet at the door.
- One column per staff member
- In day view, every staff member gets their own lane with their shifts and breaks visible — so you see who's free at a glance. Tap any empty slot and a new appointment opens pre-filled with that time and that member.
- Spot busy days at a glance
- The date picker dots every day in the next three months that already has a booking — the front desk can quote an opening without scanning the whole month.
- Stack services on one appointment
- A single appointment can chain multiple services across different staff — the second service starts where the first ends. Peak-hour pricing kicks in automatically and packages flow through to checkout as one bundle.
- Walk-in or known client
- Pick a known client from a fast search by name, phone or email, or capture a walk-in with just a name and a phone — their details stay visible on the appointment.
- No checkout, no start
- Each appointment moves through Booked → Confirmed → In progress → Completed, but it can't move to In progress until the client has paid. The front desk physically can't skip the till, so revenue never leaks.
- Pay from the appointment
- Open the appointment, tap Checkout, and the till opens with the booked services pre-loaded. The receipt links back to the appointment, which now shows as Paid.
- Reminders and auto no-show
- Clients get a 24-hour reminder over the channel they prefer — SMS, email, WhatsApp or push — on your brand. If they don't show up, the appointment auto-marks "no-show" after the grace period you set, so reports stay honest.
- Block time for vacation, training, lunch
- Block any slot — daily, weekly or monthly until an end date — with colored reasons you manage in one place. Edit the whole recurring series at once when plans change.
- Waitlist that closes the loop
- Queue clients for a service with their preferred dates and times. When a spot opens, notify the next person in line and book them straight from the waitlist — no hunting through a notebook.
- Reserve the room or the chair
- Define rooms, dental chairs, studios or any equipment, link them to the services that need them, and the system reserves the right one inside every appointment so you never double-book gear.
- Scan a ticket, jump to the booking
- Scan the appointment QR — from a printed slip, receipt or the client's phone — and the calendar jumps straight there. Notification links work the same way, so a tap on a missed-appointment alert lands you on the right slot.
- Make the calendar match your business
- Color by service category or by appointment status, hide blocked time when you don't want it visible, choose Sunday or Monday as the week start, and decide whether to allow bookings outside hours, in the past or overlapping.
- Public booking page, Google Calendar, Zoom
- Publish a public booking page where clients book and prepay through Stripe, Tap, Paymob, Tabby or Tamara — with your minimum notice, advance window and cancellation policy. Active add-ons sync every appointment to Google Calendar both ways and create a Zoom link automatically for online sessions.
- Clinical shortcuts on the appointment
- When clinical add-ons are active, the appointment detail offers one-tap shortcuts to start a medical record, prescription, lab order or dental chart for the client — already pre-bound to that visit.
- Multiple branches, each in their timezone
- Every appointment lives in a branch and every branch has its own timezone, so working hours, reminders and dates render correctly per location. Switch the active branch and the whole calendar follows.
