What it does

Clients & CRM

Know every client. Nudge the right ones at the right moment. Keep the ones you've already earned — with one record, one consent register and a self-service portal.

01
Searchable client list with bulk import
Search, filter, sort and export the whole list in seconds. Bring an existing client database in by uploading a CSV or Excel file from the template provided — saving hours of typing on day one.
02
Rich client records
One screen captures everything you need: contact details, date of birth, allergies, free-form notes, your own tags, and — for B2B clients — the legal name, VAT and CR registration that ZATCA-compliant invoices require.
03
One client, every interaction
Each client opens to a sidebar that includes appointments, sales, payments, invoices, notes, communications and notifications — plus medical, dental, lab, prescriptions, imaging, loyalty and insurance tabs when those add-ons are active.
04
Lifetime value at a glance
The overview shows total spend, total visits, cancellations, no-shows and any open store credit — so the front desk knows whether to thank, follow up or apologize before the conversation starts.
05
Pinned notes the team can trust
Any team member can add, edit and pin a note to the client. Pinned notes float to the top, every note carries the author and date, and the timeline survives across visits — institutional memory by default.
06
Communications timeline
Every message ever sent to this client across in-app, email, SMS and WhatsApp — with subject, body, status and reason if it failed. "Did they actually get the reminder?" answered in two clicks.
07
Each client controls their channels
Every client carries separate consent for appointment messages and marketing — toggleable per channel. Campaign blasts skip clients who haven't consented and count them in a dedicated "skipped" tally so you stay compliant without thinking about it.
08
Multiple addresses and emergency contacts
Capture as many addresses (Home, Work, Site) and emergency contacts as a client needs — useful for clinics, mobile-service businesses and B2B accounts that have several billing locations.
09
Live segments — new, loyal, lapsed, big spenders
Seven ready-made segments — New clients, Recent visitors, First-visit only, Loyal, Lapsed, High spenders and Upcoming birthdays — tunable on the spot with the count refreshing as you change the rules. Pin any segment as a colored badge that follows the client around the dashboard.
10
Send a campaign from any segment
One tap on a segment opens the campaign builder pre-filled with its members. The export-upload-list cycle disappears — you can be sending an offer to lapsed clients in under a minute.
11
Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
Pick a segment, pick a channel, write the message and send. Watch the dashboard tick up sent, failed and skipped counts in real time, and the segment definition is locked in at send-time so the report is the same in six months.
12
Reviews with reply
Every completed appointment can collect a 1–5 star review with a comment. Reply from the dashboard, hide a review with one tap if it needs context, and per-service averages flow onto the public booking page where they help close new bookings.
13
Tickets per client
Each client has their own little support inbox. Open / closed status, message threads and a small blue dot when the last reply came from the client — so nothing slips through.
14
Client statement and store-credit balance
Print or email a clean statement of charges and payments at any time. Open store credit from credit notes appears as its own line so the cashier can apply it on the next ticket.
15
Photo or built-in avatar
Upload a client photo or pick from the avatar gallery; remove or change it any time. The avatar follows the client across the dashboard so the team always recognises who they're greeting.
16
Self-service portal and "log in as client"
When you enable a portal account for a client, they can sign in to view bookings, invoices and memberships and change their own contact details. Admins can reset the password and "log in as client" for white-glove support — without ever asking the customer to share their password.
17
Loyalty wallet and follow-up tasks (add-ons)
Add the Loyalty add-on and every client gets a points wallet with earn, redeem and expiry tracking. Add the Follow-up add-on and the profile gains a tasks tab with assignees, due dates and an automatic schedule for the touchpoints you don't want to forget.
