What it does
Catalogue
Your entire offering — services, products, packages, memberships, discounts and smart-pricing rules — set up once and priced with precision, ready to be sold from any branch.
- Services with duration and price
- Set up each service with a name, description, color, icon, duration, price and tax. Add an optional processing time so back-to-back bookings don't trample on each other, and mark services as in-person, online or both — with a meeting link auto-attached for the online ones.
- Categories that organise the menu
- Group services into categories with a color. The category color tints appointments on the calendar (when you choose that mode) and powers the per-category ratings shown on your public booking page.
- Sell only where it's available
- Restrict a service, package, product or membership to specific branches — leave the list empty and it's available everywhere. So a single business can carry a Riyadh-only treatment, a lounge-only product, and a city-wide service all in the same catalogue.
- Pair services with the rooms they need
- Define the rooms, chairs, dental units or studios you have, link them to the services that need them, and the calendar will reserve the right one inside every appointment — so equipment is never double-booked.
- Per-staff commission on a service
- Override the default commission for a specific staff member on a specific service — useful when a senior therapist takes a higher cut on premium services. The system applies the right number on every ticket.
- Bundles and packages
- Group several services into a bundle with a single price. Choose the pricing model (sum of line prices, a custom retail price, or a percentage off) and tell the calendar whether the services run one after another or together. Bundles can carry photos and a public-booking toggle of their own.
- Memberships clients buy and use
- Sell memberships with a fixed duration and billing cycle, free-form benefits, an optional cap on appointments and an optional discount that applies to every service bought during the active period. Clients see their card, allowance and end date in their portal.
- Memberships recognised the right way
- Selling a year-long membership doesn't show as a year of revenue overnight — earned portions move to revenue month by month over the membership window, the way IFRS and US GAAP expect. No spreadsheets, no manual entries.
- Expiry messages and freeze
- Members get a heads-up before their membership expires and a notice when it does. Need to pause one for a vacation? Freeze it and the clock stops without ending the plan.
- Retail products with brand and units
- Each product has a name, short and long description, brand, optional barcode, unit of measure (ml, L, g, kg, oz, fl-oz, pieces, units) and a flag for whether it's sold retail. Barcode and SKU are unique within your business.
- Variants for size, color or batch
- Sell the same product in multiple sizes, colors or batches — each with its own SKU, barcode, price, cost, stock level and reorder threshold. Variants flow through sales, transfers, invoices and estimates as first-class items.
- Commission on retail products too
- Switch on commissions for any product and set the percentage or flat amount. When a stylist or therapist sells it, their commission is calculated on the same ticket as their service work.
- Discounts and promo codes
- Set up automatic discounts (apply on eligibility) or code-based discounts (the cashier types it or the client redeems it). Choose between a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or buy-X-get-Y. Apply to a single item, a category, or the whole cart.
- Discount rules that match your business
- Limit a discount to specific products, services, categories or members; cap how many times it can be used in total or per client; set minimum purchase or minimum item count; and schedule it to fire only on, say, Mondays 6–10 PM. Multiple discounts stack in the order you choose, and you can lock one as exclusive.
- Smart pricing for peak hours
- Create rules that automatically raise or lower prices for chosen services during specific day-and-time windows — Friday afternoon, Sunday morning, after 8 PM. Apply tenant-wide or to a single branch, and the new sale screen previews the adjusted price live.
- ZATCA & ETA item codes ready to go
- Every service and product can carry the item codes Saudi (ZATCA) and Egyptian (ETA) e-invoicing require. Once entered, every compliance invoice ships with the right identifiers — no last-minute scramble at submission time.
