What it does
Track client check-ins for gyms, schools, and any recurring program where attendance matters more than booking a time slot. Includes a kiosk-friendly check-in flow, per-client history and NO_SHOW capture.

- One-tap check-in
- Clients check in via their phone, a kiosk tablet at the door, or a QR code on the wall. The flow is designed for speed — under three seconds from arrival to recorded attendance.
- Per-client attendance history
- Every check-in is linked to the appointment, the membership and the client record. The client's attendance history is queryable by date range, by class, by membership cycle.
- NO_SHOW capture
- Booked clients who never check in are automatically flagged as NO_SHOW after the appointment window closes. Charge fees, deduct credits or trigger a follow-up message based on tenant policy.
- Stale-appointment resolver
- A nightly job sweeps any appointment that finished without a check-in or a manual completion and resolves it to either COMPLETED or NO_SHOW based on tenant rules. The schedule never carries old open appointments forward.
- Per-membership attendance counts
- Memberships with 'unlimited' or 'N visits per month' rules tally check-ins automatically. The client portal shows visits used and visits remaining; reception sees the same number at the door.
- API for HR / school audits
- Attendance records are queryable via the platform API — useful for schools that need term-end attendance reports, gyms that audit corporate-wellness contracts, and tutoring centres that bill on session counts.
