- One-off & recurring events
- Create a one-time workshop or schedule a recurring class with capacity, ticket types and pricing. Each occurrence is a separate bookable event with its own seat count, so cancellations and waitlists work per session.
- Capacity & waitlist
- Sold-out events automatically open a waitlist with position tracking. As cancellations free up seats, the next person on the list is notified and given a configurable window to confirm before the seat moves on.
- Per-ticket QR & check-in
- Each ticket carries its own QR code. Door staff check attendees in via a kiosk or staff phone — under two seconds per ticket — and the count of attendees-on-site is live for the instructor's clipboard.
- Tiered ticket pricing
- Configure ticket tiers per event — free, fixed price, member-only, early-bird. Tiers carry their own capacity caps so you can sell 10 early-bird seats and 20 standard ones from the same event.
- Sales & ledger integration
- Tickets flow through the sales system — invoiced, taxed, ZATCA-cleared where applicable — and revenue lands in the right ledger account automatically. Refunds for cancellations create credit notes the same way.
- Live counts on every listing
- Tickets-sold, available-spots and waitlist length update on the public event page in real time. The page never offers a seat that has just been claimed elsewhere.
