Growth add-on
Included in every plan
What it does
An automated queue of follow-up tasks so nothing slips through. 'Call Sarah about her post-op checkup.' 'Ask Karim for a review after his third visit.' Rules generate the tasks; assigned staff close them.
Key capabilities
Every moving part.
- Rule-driven generation
- Define rules — "call 2 days after first visit", "follow up post-op on day 7", "ask for a review after the third visit" — and the system generates the tasks automatically. Rules accept relative dates, segment filters and channel preferences.
- Assigned with SLA
- Every task is assigned to a specific staff member with a due date. Overdue tasks surface on the team dashboard so nothing rots in someone’s queue unnoticed.
- Status & outcome capture
- When a staff member closes a task, they record the outcome — answered, voicemail, rescheduled, no-interest. Outcomes feed the analytics and inform whether the rule itself is working.
- Snooze with reason
- Tasks can be snoozed to a later date with a reason — patient was in surgery, client was abroad, line was busy. Snoozes preserve the trail and keep the next attempt visible without filling the daily queue.
- Bulk batch close
- Mark a batch of completed calls in one action — "all called, all answered, all rebooked". Reception clears a morning of follow-ups in seconds instead of clicking through individually.
- Per-member queue & stats
- Each team member's queue shows their open, overdue, snoozed and completed counts at a glance. A stats endpoint exposes follow-up performance for the operator who is investing in the program.
Who it's for
