What it does
Points-based loyalty with earning rules, redemptions, expiry, and a wallet view in the client portal. Turns one-time customers into recurring ones without discounting every visit.

- Earn rules per tenant
- Configure earning rules per service or per unit spent — flat points per visit, multipliers for retail, bonuses for first-time visits. Rules are tenant-scoped and live, so you can re-balance the program without a re-deploy.
- Redemption rules
- Set a minimum balance before redemption is possible, an expiry window per earned points batch, and which services or products are eligible for redemption. The cashier sees what's redeemable at checkout — no manual look-up.
- Auto-expiry with notification
- Points expire on a per-tenant schedule. Clients receive an in-portal warning and a configurable channel notification before lapse, so dormant clients return to spend before they lose what they earned.
- Wallet view in client portal
- Clients see their balance, full earning history, redemption ledger and expiring-point breakdown inside their branded portal. Transparency builds trust and removes "what happened to my points?" support tickets.
- Targetable segments
- Top spenders, dormant high-value clients and lapsing-points clients are pre-built segments — ready for campaigns, ready for reactivation flows, ready to reward in person at the next visit.
- Stats endpoint & ledger export
- Loyalty performance — issuance rate, redemption rate, expiry rate, ROI by segment — is exposed via API and exportable to CSV. The loyalty manager can prove the program’s impact, not just hope for it.
