What it does
Interactive odontogram for adult and pediatric patients with surface-level tracking. Click any tooth (or surface) to log caries, fillings, crowns, root canals, bridges, veneers or sealants. Each tooth links to a medical record for full audit.

- Adult & pediatric dentition
- FDI numbering with full adult dentition (32 teeth) and pediatric dentition (20 teeth), switchable per chart. The chart auto-detects the right layout based on the patient age but can be overridden case-by-case.
- 5-surface tracking per tooth
- Every tooth supports the five clinical surfaces — mesial, distal, occlusal, buccal and lingual — recorded individually. A two-surface filling on tooth 16 reads exactly as the dentist documented it, not as a generic mark.
- Color-coded conditions
- Caries, fillings, crowns, missing teeth, implants, root canals, bridges, veneers and sealants each render in a distinct colour on the chart. A glance reveals the patient’s history before the dentist reads a single note.
- Surface-level notes
- Attach a note to any specific surface of any specific tooth — material used, shade, follow-up needed. Notes travel with the chart between visits and surface in the timeline view.
- Tied to the medical record
- Every chart change is linked to a medical-records entry, complete with the timestamp, the practitioner and the visit. The chart becomes legally defensible documentation, not just a visual aid.
- Printable & PDF export
- Export the chart as a print-ready PDF on the clinic letterhead — for referrals, second opinions, insurance claims or the patient's own records.
