- Allergies & ICD-10 diagnoses
- Allergies are flagged on the patient header so they're visible the moment any clinician opens the chart. Diagnoses carry an ICD-10 code field for insurance claims and structured reporting.
- Attachments anywhere
- Attach images, PDFs, scanned forms and external reports to any visit — and link to DICOM clinical images and lab orders without re-uploading. Each attachment stays with the visit it belongs to.
- Patient timeline view
