- Every prescription anchors to the specific patient and the specific visit, with prescriber and timestamp recorded. The patient timeline shows the full prescribing history in one place.
- Auto-numbered for traceability
- A monotonic prescription number is generated at issue, retained on print copies and surfaced in audit logs. Lost prescriptions are reissued with a new number and the old one is voided cleanly.
- Patient access in portal
- Patients can view their full prescription history in the branded client portal — pull up the previous Rx, share it with a pharmacy, or screenshot it for travel. The clinic's tenant copy stays authoritative.
