Reports

Every question your business asks, answered. Financial, operational, team, inventory, and AI-summarised reports, all filterable by date and branch, exportable to PDF.

Roles
Each report has its own permission (Sales reports, Finance reports, Team reports, etc.) so you can open Performance to managers but keep Profit & Loss to the owner.
01

Overview

Reports is a big menu of pre-built dashboards and an even bigger one of financial statements. Each report is a single-page view with a handful of charts and tables, plus filters for date, branch, and comparison. Every report can be exported to PDF and optionally summarised by the built-in AI assistant.

02

All Reports hub

Reports → All Reports is the navigation page. Reports are grouped into categories:

  • Operational: Performance, Staff, Clients, Attendance, Resources.
  • Financial: Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, A/R & A/P Aging.
  • Tax: VAT Report, Discounts & Promos.
  • Inventory: Stock Report, Commission Payout.
  • Medical (healthcare only): Medical Records, Prescriptions, Lab Orders.

Each card has a short description. Click View report to open.

03

Date ranges & comparisons

Every report shares the same filter bar at the top.

Date range
Presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This Month, Last Month — plus a Custom picker for any span.
Comparison
Compare to the previous period (of equal length), to the same period last year, or show no comparison at all.
Branch
All locations or a single branch if you have multiple.

Comparison changes everything

A 2% drop in sales week-on-week is different from a 2% drop versus the same week last year. Switch comparison modes to pressure-test the story.

04

Performance

The flagship report. KPIs for Total Sales, Services, Products, Memberships, No-shows, Cancellations, Average Sale Value, Appointment Count, Occupancy Rate, and Returning Client Rate. Time-series charts for each. Sales-by-channel breakdown so you see how much came through cash, card, bank transfer, online, and installments.

05

Staff

A per-team-member table of revenue, commission earned, and appointment count — with totals at the top. The starting point for any conversation about who's over-booked, who has headroom, and how commissions are shaping up.

06

Clients

New clients, returning clients, top spenders, most frequent visitors, inactive clients (no visit in 60 days), and active memberships. A quick read on retention health.

07

Profit & Loss

Revenue (ex. tax) minus Cost of Goods Sold gives Gross Profit. Gross Profit minus staff commissions and operating expenses gives Operating Profit. Operating Profit minus taxes and interest gives Net Profit. Everything expandable to see account-level detail.

08

VAT / Tax

Output VAT collected on sales by category (Standard, Zero, Exempt), input VAT reclaimable on bills, and the net VAT payable. ZATCA-ready formatting for Saudi Arabia; ETA-ready for Egypt. Export as PDF and hand it to your accountant or submit directly.

09

Finance overview & cash

Finance Overview gives you a snapshot of the money: gross revenue, net revenue after tax and discounts, tax collected, refunds, tips, outstanding A/R and A/P, and a payment-method breakdown.

Daily Cash Register is the drill-down: per day and per location, the cash movements — cash in, card in, cash out, other in — and the net movement. Filters for location make multi-branch reconciliation fast.

10

A/R & A/P aging

A/R Aging buckets every outstanding customer balance by age: Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+. A/P Aging does the same for supplier balances. Both lead with totals, then drop into per-customer/supplier detail.

11

Inventory

Active products count, low-stock item count (with an alert badge when it's non-zero), top products by revenue, and total stock value at cost. Each product row shows current stock, reorder level, and a status indicator.

12

AI summaries & exports

Most reports have an AI Summary button at the top. Click it and the built-in assistant reads the numbers, highlights the changes worth knowing, and writes a short paragraph explaining the story.

  • Summaries expire after a short window — re-generate if the underlying data has changed.
  • Export to PDF saves both the report and the AI summary (if present).
  • Export respects the current filter — what you see is exactly what lands in the PDF.
13

Tips

  • Bookmark the date-range-plus-comparison combinations you actually use. A URL with the params set is re-openable on any device.
  • Export the VAT report monthly and file it in a cloud folder. Tax authorities love a consistent trail.
  • AI summaries are a starting point, not a conclusion. Read the numbers alongside the text.
  • If a report looks wrong, hit refresh — each report shows its data-freshness timestamp at the top.
